The Client wished to refresh its online presence and provide a better delivery experience to maintain its leading position. As pharma wholesale is a highly regulated market, distinguishing oneself from the competition by providing high-quality service is often difficult, but essential for business. Focusing on pharmacies and their user experience from the get-go, we designed a brand new web portal, complemented by an AI/ML delivery prediction system.

It allows pharmacies to handle purchasing tasks more easily, and our Client to boost its marketing efforts by integrating messages in its most commonly used platform. In addition, thanks to delivery tracking, pharmacies can now talk to patients about stock availability more effectively than before. Our solution combines historical data and live GPS, traffic, and weather data for more accurate deliveries.
